Michael Tejera was more than a little angry when he took the mound for the second game of Wednesday's doubleheader. Not only hadn't Tejera posted a win since last August, but his home in Kendall was burglarized during Tuesday's rain delay.

''I'm still mad,'' Tejera said after ending his dry spell by throwing six shutout innings in the Marlins' 6-0 victory over the Expos. ``I couldn't sleep last night.''

Tejera said nothing of value was left in his house by the time he returned home Tuesday night. Jewelry and major appliances were taken.

''They took everything,'' he said.

On Wednesday, Tejera took out his frustration on the Expos, helping to combine on the Marlins' first shutout of the season. Tejera had lost six straight decisions dating to Aug. 16, when he defeated the Giants. His win before that: Aug. 4 over the Brewers, hours before his marriage
